Visions of Vogue Wedding on Style Me Pretty

I think it’s safe to say that every bride’s dream is to make it into the pages Style Me Pretty. I can’t remember a time in my life that I wasn’t drooling over the beautiful details and stunning imagery behind every link on their site. When I was wedding planning, I would get lost for hours trying to soak up every ounce of inspiration hoping that our day would be half as magical. Well y’all, we made it! Read yesterday’s feature here which includes a few words from yours truly!

While I’m not positive the shock of seeing our wedding on Style Me Pretty’s homepage has worn off yet – in fact, I know it hasn’t – I felt it was appropriate to share a few more photos from our wedding with you! Admittedly, I did a pretty terrible job of posting last year between honeymoons, changing careers, and general life events. I happened to share a photo on Facebook a month ago to celebrate the start of this year’s wedding season and the overwhelming positive response spoke volumes! I heard you!

Planning this event was one of the most exciting things I’ve ever had the privilege of doing – for so many reasons too. As you can imagine (and just like everyone says), our wedding was the best day of our lives. We set out to make it the wedding of the year and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect or beautiful occasion! Since everyone cares about the dress first and foremost, I’m focusing on our attire in today’s post. I had the chance to go wedding dress shopping with my baby sister this weekend and it brought back so many great memories! The options are endless! Obviously, dress shopping was my favorite part of getting married and The White Dress made it such an incredibly delightful experience. I still adore my dress to this day and may or may not have something up my sleeve. Stay tuned!
