I’m not proud to admit it, but I’m terribly fickle when it comes to trends. I really like something but then after a few weeks I’ve decided I don’t… actually. This usually follows extensive amounts of research though so perhaps I’m approaching fashion like a scientist would approach his or her next lab experiment. I have two trends that have really stuck though. The first is the color grey. This Bella Dahl top was an eye catcher from the beginning. Since the structure is menswear inspired, I wanted to pair this Bella Dahl piece with something completely unexpected. This brings me to the second trend that has really stuck with me: the tulle skirt. My fiance got me this one for Christmas so it was perfect timing. I’d been wanting one for about a year without ever pulling the trigger but I figured it was time to commit to the trend. The Marshelly’s jewelry was the perfect complement – tasteful and this Katana ring is one of my favorites. Overall, I can honestly say this is one of my favorite looks to date!
