The jean jacket has really been making a comeback lately. As an expert give away-er, this is somewhat inconvenient because I could have totally revamped the 5 that I once owned in high school instead of buying another one. But who has time to wait around for trends to come back in style? I don’t. I wanted to keep this outfit crisp and cool, kind of like the jean jacket. Maybe even edgy if you will, since that is totally a word people would use to describe me on a regular basis. Not. However, pairing it with a structured white button down and basic black denim just made sense. Throw on some statement accessories like these faux snakeskin clutch / pumps and voila, you have an urban chic ensemble.

I am so mad that I got rid of my denim jacket from high school, but I replaced it with a Gap one last fall. I will not be be getting rid of that one! Love this look!
