Two things come to mind when I think about the word “bomber”. The first is my fiance’s dad who uses the word pretty regularly when speaking about particularly terrible baseball players (I’m marrying into a hardcore baseball family). The second is my awkward teen years when I thought that a bomber jacket was a good look on my extremely long yet moderately chubby torso. Until I tried on this particular bomb jacket. Ella Moss knocked it out of the park with this jacket. See, I’m already making baseball references – I’m going to be the best wife. It’s perfectly structured which shows me just how far I’ve come over the last decade fashion-wise. I may still eat a roll of Ritz crackers for dinner sometimes and enjoy the latest issue of Us Weekly, but at least I know how to pick out some decent outerwear. Unfortunately, this jack is sold out at Anthropologie but you can shop my favorite (and similar) bombers using Mavatar here:
Ella Moss bomber jacket (dress version here), Deconstruct-NYC skirt (use code jennanyc30 for 30% off sitewide!), Steve Madden booties, Karen Walker sunglasses, Celine bag (pre-owned one for a steal here, two options under $100 here and here), David Yurman bracelet / bangle, Michele watch, Jawbreaker ring
