Spotlight Saturday: Revolve Clothing

I started this mini series 2 weeks ago with a spotlight on Amazon and all the great fashion finds I’ve been seeing on there. It was on a whim, kind of. And also a PSA. We are all creatures of habit. We have our go-tos and our ride or dies. When it comes to people, favorite meal spots, and clothing. So what I wanted to do was introduce a few of my favorite retailers regularly! Some might be an obvious choice but others, might surprise you!

We all love the Nordstroms of the world. Heck, I wore things from Nordstrom 3 times this week! First, it was this palm print maxi, next a skirt that was perfect for the office, and lastly, a round up of how to find cute things under $50. We love Nordstrom because it’s great quality, lots of choices, and affordable. It makes a great foundation for your closet.

That said, life isn’t about wearing those “foundation” pieces all the time. While they are so good for work, I want to push myself outside of the office. I want to try new things, experiment with color pairings, and test out some new cuts. And for that, my go to is Revolve.

I’ve said more than one time that if I didn’t have a day job, I would probably be in an exclusive shopping relationship with Revolve. Before you start thinking it’s all crazy, out there stuff, they also have great basics (which I recently found when I tried a few things from LA Made). But I’m a lover of crop tops and fun dresses at my core. I know it might not seem like it lately but this Midwest weather is killing me. I think today is the first day we’ve seen something above 60 since that fluke day in February? Such an adjustment having moved from LA!

Don’t let the plethora of dresses fool you. I just really like dresses. When you have a long torso and wide hips, they are so much easier to wear as well.
