If you caught my meme last week on Instagram, you know what season it is here in Chicago. It’s lounging season. You know, when it’s too cold to go out and you’re perfectly content to stay in for the night. So let’s talk about my new lounge pants.

Being that I’ve accepted the next 8 months of my life will be largely spent inside, it was time to refresh my loungewear. I found these XCVI jade green pants on Zappos and felt like that was the perfect item to mix things up. They’re extra and I love it. The high waist and pockets makes them a little extra cozy too! When you’re stuck indoors for half the year, you want something to keep it fresh. While loungewear is having a moment, I fully intend on embracing it.

The rest of the XCVI line is best described as comfy meets casual. I feel like it has a bit of California in it. All the pieces are lightweight and a little unique. I love the things I find off Zappos and love how quickly Zappos ships (for free)! The customer service is also unreal! There are also free returns and fast shipping.
