Flared jeans and bell bottom sleeves: now that’s groovy. I don’t always dress like I’m from another decade but when I do, I go for it. I’m all in. I remember when flared denim was in during high school and I rocked that trend til the end. And probably even a little past the end to be honest. I’m so thrilled they’re back because I love the way they look. These James Jeans flares are at the top of my list because they offer just the right amount of stretch to be comfortable and not give you those dreaded baggy knees. The flare at the bottom is somehow uber flattering too which is the opposite of what one would think.
Since it’s winter, I love layering with vests to stay (a little) warm(er). This shearling vest is sooo soft that I’ve been throwing it on over almost everything lately. Next, I want to try layering it with a neutral knit and a mini skirt. Stay tuned!
This is such an easy weekend look! I threw it together when Matt and I ran out to run a few errands. One of those errands included a stop at the donut shop during which I was grateful for the free flowing nature of this top.
