Los Angeles, I’m not sure what’s going on with your weather but I don’t really care. I’m ready for spring and I’m breaking out the best of this season’s dresses to prove it.
I spotted this striped button front dress online and needed it immediately. Well aware of what a fit and flare can do for your figure, it was an easy choice. I love the pleated skirt too because the extra material moves so well when you walk (keep scrolling to see). I’m a huge fan of the vertical stripe because as everyone knows, it’s so slimming. And after a long winter, that’s exactly what I’m looking for before I get my summer body back. Just kiddinggg. I’m married now so I don’t have to try anymore. Now I’m actually kidding.
I also almost died over this GiGi New York tote. I know I stick to blue hues a lot so navy was an easy choice. If you have other go-to shades in your closet, they make it in other colors too. I also will never get tired of monogramming and I love that Gigi New York offers that service in house. As a newlywed, I’m still not used to seeing my new initials and I get so giddy when I see them together. Look at me. Sounding like that giggly girl that I never thought I’d be! While I may love Matt to death, I’m thoroughly excited to get rid of my last name. After years and years of people not being able to understand me when I say it, I was very pleased to adopt a new one. Not that my new one is much better though haha!
