A Dress A Day: Errands (Day 26)

Errands. That’s a word that will get you to say “ugh” every time. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say “I love running errands”! Thank god for Amazon Prime. But when you’ve found the one thing you can’t get off Amazon, you want to be cute and comfortable when you’re checking off to dos. In comes this shirtdress.

One, I’m a huge fan of stripes. Especially vertical stripes. Hello optical illusion of making me look 2 inches taller than I am. Two, this shirtdress is made of a really soft material. Not like PJ soft but not like a starchy button up material either. Three, the tie around the waist gives you that classic hourglass figure. Four, you can also wear it to a casual Friday at the office. I could go on but you get the point!

I talked a little about these mules here but the takeaway is that they’re super comfortable. They’re great for walking a lot. Also rounded up my favorite brown mules for you!

So now that we’re done listing out why this dress is amazing, let’s talk about what errands I’m running this weekend: none. I’m going to savor every last minute of the weekend because when I get back, it’s grocery shopping and laundry for me… and unpacking. Unpacking is the worst! All the depression from being back home plus having to play Cinderella on your suitcase and home. Yuck.
