Yep. I went uncharacteristically colorful in yesterday’s post and now it’s right back to where I’m most comfortable: black and white. I love this look because it is so incredibly slimming. The pattern on the colorblock sweater draws the eyes up and down making a beautiful vertical line. You can’t go wrong with a cable knit this time of year either!
And these over the knee boots only do you favors, ladies. Whether you’re wearing them with pants of a skirt they have this magical way of making your thighs look half the size they are. Now, if you’re me and have muscular legs that were built to run marathons (which I’ve since retired from after coming to my senses), this is a good thing. If you have skinny legs already, well, I’m jealous and you still need these boots.
While I love my monochromatic look, I decided to pair it with this sequin quilted crossbody bag. It’s that tiny hint of color that really catches someones eye when they see you walking by!
