Burgundy Sweater and Rose Gold Kendra Scott

I know what you’re asking yourself right now. Did I wake up and time travel to fall? The answer is no. I’m just so obsessed with my #NSale picks that I had to wear them immediately. That’s right, this entire look is from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

I was a huge fan of the color burgundy before I met this tunic but now, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be my color for fall. It’s such a rich color and I love that it reminds me of wine. If you’re eyeing this sweater, I’d recommend sizing down if you want it to fit like I’m wearing it. The brand tends to run a little large so if you’re looking for a slouchy fit, size as usual! I always like to have a few fitted and a few oversized sweaters every season. Just makes it easier to dress for any occasion and opens up the flexibility of your closet. This plaid scarf and the saddle bag complimented the dark tone so well making it a little more dimensional.

To really make the burgundy pop, I paired it with all rose gold jewelry from Kendra Scott’s new fall line. If you thought I was crazy for dressing like it’s September, Kendra Scott is way ahead of me! They have an entire line out already! I love the arrowhead shape of the pieces from the fall collection. They nailed it with these marble earrings. I don’t alway dabble in rose gold but I love that these pieces aren’t so flashy so you could wear them daily. The pave details give it a little bit of sparkle but not too much to limit their wear to night!

Just a little PSA, if you don’t own these faux leather leggings, but them immediately. They’re on sale for $65 in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and they are extremely slimming. I’ve had mine for 2 years and there are no major signs of wear – just a slightly less leathery texture which I’m personally thrilled with. They suck you in in all the right places! I layer them over fleece lined tights whenever we go back to Chicago for the holidays. They pair so easily with any kind of sweater it makes packing and dressing for winter so easy for this California girl!
