With Thanksgiving behind us, it’s all about holiday parties! These events are the Super Bowl of the year for me. I just get so excited! If your calendar is anything like mine, the next few weeks are going to be hectic. But a good kind of hectic! So what do you wear? This burgundy holiday dress is one of my favorites for a more formal, conservative event.

All the excitement, slow days in the office, and tons of giving spirit truly make for one of the most magical times of the year. Between celebrating with friends and corporate events, there’s a lot to get ready for. And you want to dress the part, right?

This burgundy holiday dress is perfect for all of the above. The whimsical flowing skirt is so beautiful. The ties on the sleeves are quite festive. Not to mention the deep burgundy color. If you’re tired of the traditional red and green, this shade is a refreshing yet on point option! It’s perfect for any kind of event and since it’s not obviously a holiday dress, you can wear it well into 2018 as well as for years to come. Wear it to a friend event and then a work event this year – no one will know the difference. Y’all know I love items that you can wear over and over again!

Another item that I wear over and over again are these rockstud heels. They have lasted for 2 years already and are still going strong. My closet is all about mixing high and low items (various price points). While I do have a few pairs of designer shoes, I wear them so much to make sure that I’m getting use out of them (like these heels). That way, I only have to buy one pair of really nice heels instead of a new pair every few months. It’s my personal preference! I wear these to weddings, date nights, and holiday parties year after year! I find them to be so comfortable for my foot!
