My sister found this leather skirt on a Jane deal and happened to send it to me for styling advice. I’d been looking for a leather pencil skirt for a while so I immediately asked where she got it from! Being the nice sister that she is, she took care of snagging one on my behalf which made me even more excited to test out new outfits over Thanksgiving. She lives pretty far away in LA standards (which becomes even further when you factor in traffic) so it’s rare that I get to see her unfortunately. So, when she suggested we do a post together I was delighted and it gave me something to look forward to! Since we both now owned the same skirt, we settled on doing 2 different looks with the same item – I went for a more punk/casual look while she achieved a work appropriate chic.
