Tis the season to shop! A few weekends ago Matt and I visited Lincolnwood Town Center to get some holiday shopping done! We loved seeing the holiday decorations and picked up a few gifts for the family!
If you’re in or around Chicago, Lincolnwood Town Center is just outside the city so it’s easy to get to, and you can still avoid traffic! They have a great selection of shops, restaurants, and department stores. That made it a great place for us to shop for our friends, family, and coworkers. We could get everything done in one day! Of course, we also had to stop at Auntie Anne’s for pretzel bits – I can’t pass them up when I see them!
My favorite part about being in the mall during the holidays were the decorations! There is also a Santa in the mall if you’re looking to get photos taken with kids. They had the most beautiful wreaths in each hall and then sparkle lights hanging from the ceiling right in the center of the mall. I tried to get a photo of them but there was no way to do it justice! There are a few videos saved to my Instagram highlights if you missed them! You’ll also see one of the coolest Coca Cola vending machines I’ve ever seen.
Some of my favorite gifts were the chenille sweaters and silk scrunchies I picked up from Charlotte Russe in the mal. I couldn’t find this deal online so if you’re in the neighborhood, stop by Lincolnwood Town Center to find them! They had so many under $10 goodies that make for the perfect last minute stocking stuffers. I love that they had so many budget–friendly finds that were still great quality. Matt found himself some new Nikes in the Footlocker! They had a bunch of great “white elephant” gift ideas in a few of the stores, too.
If you followed along on my stories, you already know I found a cute holiday outfit at Express! There were so many NYE options if you’re still on the hunt. It’s not too late to pop in and pick up an outfit for this season! Whether you’re going out on NYE or prepping for a holiday party at home, they had a bunch of cute dresses and jumpsuits. Everything was budget–friendly. With so many events to dress up for this month, that affordable options are key!
Have you ever been to Lincolnwood Town Center? What is your favorite store to shop at?
