Taupe Tunic Sweater For Under $30

The after Christmas sales have begun! Most notably, the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale is in full swing. This is the time of year that I like to shop! There is nothing worse than seeing a sweater you just bought go on sale for 40% off! Today’s taupe tunic is one of those items I’ve been keeping my eye on and is now on sale!

I totally bought this tunic last year (worn here) in a bronzy brown color. When I saw it had been brought back in new color this year, I jumped at the opportunity. I did size down though! I love over sized sweaters but I feel like the fit of the XS is a little bit better for work. As you can see, there is still plenty of room too. There are several colors available so if taupe isn’t your thing, try the hunter green or black!

They’re the only leggings I will wear as pants because they make you feel hugged (can you tell I’ve been shopping the lululemon site lately?). Any color of the faux leather leggings would be my recommendation for a first time buyer! I have both the black and the wine. Every time I wear them, I get asked who makes them so you know they’re that good.

PS. How gorgeous is the color of this scarf? I’ve never seen such a pretty pink that wasn’t ‘in your face’ pink! I can’t find it online but this plaid version is really similar and offers a little more to the eye.
