With snaps from beach getaways popping up in my Instagram feed, my mind is already focused on summer. Forget spring, I like my temperatures hot. Although not Death Valley hot – my tolerance stops around tropical island hot.

Off the shoulder pieces are my favorite for beach trips because they are so stunning and also don’t irritate any unanticipated sunburns. Ruffles add a little romance as they blow in the wind and are just too fun to wear. This dress would also make a great bridal shower or pre-wedding event outfit! Those are my absolute favorite earrings – I have them too! Also totally agree I am definitely a hot weather girl – living in the midwest can be really tough! Ready for that tropical heat and off-shoulder dresses for sure!
