My only goal for my trip to Chicago was to see real snow. Let me tell you, that is exactly what I got! Between the city and suburbs, I endured 5 days straight of snow with a serving of sub-zero temperatures and some fierce wind chill on the side. I also endured half a deep dish pizza from Viccino’s which my Paige jeans aren’t very happy about. After listening to Matt tell me for the last couple years that I’d never survive winter, I’m happy to report he is wrong. Clearly, I’m alive to write this post and there is little we girls love more than proving our man wrong. Am I right?
Another benefit of winter weather? You get to wear so much clothing in just one day! I got to wear more clothes in one 24 hour period than an entire week in LA. It just happens to be all at the same time.
