Silk Floral Dress in Palm Springs

Summer outfit in palm springs!

If I had to pick an outfit that was the epitome of summer, it would be the floral print dress. They capture all the best parts of the season: sun and fun. There is nothing else that says “I’m on vacation” more. Even if you’re not on vacation, they make your day a little brighter.

This Tommy Bahama garden printed dress was the perfect date night outfit on our trip to Palm Springs. The silk fabric made for a really pretty sheen in the evening light. The tie front is one of my favorite parts. It really makes the dress stand out in a line up with these little details! We visited Korakia Pensione on our way to dinner to check out the Moroccan architecture and it complimented the dress perfectly.

I went a little bold with the accessories, opting to mix prints. The cut of these snake skin leather sandals is both comfortable and slimming. The heel is a little thicker so you can dance the night away in them. They would be great for summer weddings! I also mixed in my favorite foldover clutch by Clare Vivier!
