Accessories for walking to work:
A blazer is one of my favorite ways to dress up for a business meeting. We are having consultants in the office for the next two weeks at work to kick off a project so I wanted to look a little more professional since I’m leading it! This navy blue blazer is one of my favorites. So much so that I also own the black (it’s my interview suit) and the beige as well (also seen here).
If you’re looking for a little more casual way to style this blazer, try it with a striped tee. I wore this look in my post on how to create a work life balance. That post also has some great tips on how to manage two jobs!
This blouse is under $50 which I love. You can never own too many button up blouses when you work in an office. They’re just the easiest way to look professional. Throw one on no matter what else you’re wearing and you can pass in almost every work setting.
I’m also wearing my grey suede d’orsay shoes (I also own the tan version of these). I’m so happy to report that quite a few of you have messaged me saying that you love them and they’re perfect for work. They really are. The heel height is modest so you can walk around in them all day. The d’orsay serves as an optical illusion to lengthen your legs so you don’t have to sacrifice flattering for height!
Let me know what you think!
