This is one of those timeless combinations that I’ve had in the back of my closet for years and regularly pull out. If you don’t own a structured tank dress, find 1 to 3 in colors that you wear a lot. They can then be styled for summer and also for fall (like this)! Whenever you have anything without sleeves, laying a button down under it instantly gives you that office chic look.
I’ve rounded up some of my favorites for you guys if you don’t have one yet! You can use this exact same “formula” with all of these.
The button down I’m wearing is quite old and by Jared Lang who used to make women’s shirts but now seems to stick to men. Matt loves their men’s shirts and you can usually find them on sale at Nordstrom Rack (tip: don’t ever pay full price). If you’re looking for one for you though, here is one that I own and approve of quality wise!
If you don’t own these pumps yet, check out how many colors they come in. At least a few colors always seem to be on sale and they’re probably my most worn pumps since I started doing these OOTDs! They’re just the best height for the office – formal yet not too high so they’re easy on the feet!
