When it comes to budget friendly items, I always struggle. I can’t stand when something is poor quality. Even if the price point is amazing, you end up having to spend more because it lasts significantly shorter. That was my struggle with a lot of the BP items from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I couldn’t see the pieces lasting more than a few washes. I don’t know about you but fall and winter lasts a lot longer than a few washes here in Chicago!
That’s why I love this sweater. It’s one of the best budget friendly options where the quality isn’t too thin and doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart immediately. It is a sweater still so take good care of it but it will last you through to spring. At that point, you can grab it for those cooler nights before the temps start to warm up. I’d recommend sizing down unless you want a more over sized fit. The length will still be there if you size down so you can get away with wearing it with my favorite faux leather leggings! It comes in 3 other colors too!
These jeans are the second pair that I snagged this year for fall. They’re the same make as the first pair that I loved so much last year (so much that I bought another) but in a different wash. If I own 3 of anything, you KNOW it’s amazing. This wash seemed to be a little tighter but after a couple wears loosen up slightly. I still recommend sizing down unless you like your denim a little looser. If you are completely unsure, order your regular size and a size down and return the pair that doesn’t fit as well. Remember they WILL stretch a little and these will last years.
I got my first pair of Paige denim back in 2010 and I still wear them! They just are such good quality and I love that I don’t have to buy a new pair every year. I wait for styles like this that fit really well and can work with a variety of shoe options and then stock up. As any Midwest or East Coast girl knows, taking the same pair of jeans from sandals to work heels to booties to snow boots is a huge selling point. I’m serious. Do yourself a favor and just try these jeans!!
