This navy striped shirt was a play on a men’s classic. I’ve said this before but I’m not a fan of dressing (or trying to be like) a man in the workplace. As a female, I embrace it. And I feel like that’s part of the key to career success. Maybe even life success. It’s something to the effect of don’t try to be something you’re not.
This wrap top keeps it feminine while still being office appropriate. The wrap can be adjusted but generally it’s high coverage which is great if you’re a little more gifted up top. You can also wear my favorite $12 cami underneath for a little extra coverage just in case! It runs true to size.
While I’m wearing it with denim, this would also work really well with white bottoms or even those olive pants from yesterday. Navy is such an easy color to wear and you guys know I usually style navy with these red flats. Since I felt like today’s look needed heels, I went with black!
