Black Blazer | Grey Work Dress | Black Pumps (size up a half size) | Black Tote | Studded Earrings | Gold Stacking Ring | $20 iPhone Case | Avocado Popsocket | Lipstick in ‘Currant’
Back to work and it’s all business today! This grey work dress looks dressy enough to be a suit dress but it’s incredibly comfortable. I also didn’t need to steam it out of the box so that was an added bonus for me. If you’re looking for a classic work dress you can wear at any age, this one is it. No matter what type of office you work in, you can dress it up or down. It would also be a great dress for any of you who travel for work!
This blazer is my suit blazer. If you don’t own a blazer yet, this is the first blazer you should invest in – one that comes as a suit set. You will get more mileage out of it than anything else! It was my first blazer out of college and probably the only formal blazer I’ll ever need to buy – it’s lasted 10 years! If you’re looking for more casual or budget friendly options, check out this one or this one.
These black pumps are new and a Nordstrom Rack find. My other black pumps were pretty beat up so it was time to replace them. I liked the price point of these and that they were suede so they look more classy. I find that budget friendly black leather shoes tend to look cheap and worn after a few wears which is why I don’t buy any. Designer black leather is another story usually but only if it has a pebbled texture! Therefore, suede is my pick for budget friendly black pumps.
