NYE Outfit Inspiration

I LOVE Christmas but I think I love New Year’s Eve just a tiny bit more. It has all the glitz and glamour of Christmas in addition to harboring high hopes of things to come. Not to mention the opportunity for a dreamy midnight kiss to kick off the new year with love! Naturally, I like to be dressed to the nines to celebrate but I’m guessing you aren’t surprised. This year, I’ve been perusing LuLu*s for NYE outfit inspiration. All three looks from today’s post are from LuLu*s and all are under $60. If saving that hard earned cash is on your list of New Year’s resolutions, considered that goal met!

The backless wine colored dress was just restocked and available in all sizes (for now). I put this beauty on for a date with Matt on my birthday a few weeks ago and the kid had no words. I also got so many compliments from the girls at Nobu in Malibu when we got to dinner. I don’t know if they all were just trying to make me feel better as I get another year older but it seemed like I knocked it out of the park with this one!

This navy convertible maxi is one of my favorites because it’s so versatile. There are at least 6 different ways to wear it and I’m sure you could discover more. Try it. Sizes are limited and so are colors so if you’re on the fence, get it immediately. My top pick of what is left is burgundy to capture the romance of NYE!

Lastly, I love a good black dress. It’s timeless and wearable for more than just a one night affair. This Mythical Kind of Love maxi is no exception and as you can tell by my twirling below, I love the way it flows. So beautiful. It’s available in a bunch of colors – my second favorite is the red if black isn’t available in your size!
