This striped dress look familiar? It should, because I’m re-styling it today (previously seen here). Wait, what? Wearing something again? Yes. And I’m doing so confidently because first, this dress is too amazing to just let it sit in my closet and second, it’s on sale for $51! It’s a great piece to layer under military jackets, blanket scarves, and pretty much any type of print.
Military jackets are great for balancing out ultra feminine outfits with their boyish charm. I’ve gravitated toward structured ones in the past but I’m loving this slightly oversized one (or would you say slouchy?). The relaxed fit makes it to throw on over anything – the piece you grab when you’re on your way out the door. I was surprised at how easily this outfit came together. Balanced with these olive/taupe booties, it’s a great transitional outfit whether you’re headed into fall or out of winter.

Stripes look great with everything, but I often love to pair my cargo pieces with stripes too. Not sure what it is, but it’s just a great combo!
