There’s nothing more comfortable than a knit dress. It’s essentially a 360 degree snuggie that is acceptable to be worn in public even when you’re not on a pub crawl. A white knit had been on my list of to-buys for a while and I snagged this BDG dress on sale a few weeks back. In the constant struggle to get my shopping cart to a certain minimum for free shipping, I threw in these over the knee socks which I’m definitely not regretting. There are so many beautiful Instagram photos wear blogger babes are wearing something similar that I felt inspired. I have yet to actually take a similar photo because I can rarely sit still long enough but one day. Rounded out the look with this fishtail braid because in the rain, my hair doesn’t even attempt to hold any shape. It sees water and falls completely flat – literally could not get closer to my head.
A special shout out to my fiance who killed it on the gifting last December. He knocked it out of the park with the Space 46 tulle skirt (seen here) and this Cuyana tote. He even got it monogrammed with my future initials. I must admit, he follows directions (and links on my wish list) well.
BDG knit dress (ivory for $20), Urban Outfitter socks, Charles David boots (splurge, steal), Cuyana tote bag, Marc by Marc Jacobs watch, Ily Couture earrings, Wrenn Jewelry bracelet, Beautycounter lip sheer in Currant
