There’s something about the holidays that will always make me feel like a little girl. Not to mention, my dad always reminds my sister and I how we used to say “just what I wanted!” in awe after we opened each gift and incessantly asked to watch ourselves on TV as kids (remember home videos?). The parties, the gifting, the time with family – I savor every second! Nothing says “it’s a holiday” more than color combinations like red/green, orange/black, or red/white/blue so why not wear them to celebrate? I just snagged these emerald patterned jeans at the Paige sample sale which was AMAZING. Seriously amazing. I walked away with 9 new pairs of denim beauties because I convinced myself I would eventually buy them all anyway. Ever done that? It happens to me ALL the time – I’m hopeless!
For now, I’m off to Chicago to see snow for the first time so I’m saying goodbye to sunny LA and honestly, just hoping to survive. Read my Twitter feed if you’re bored because it will likely have some comical content as I discover one digit temperatures.
