Do you have that one item that you always find yourself wearing? A go to, so to speak? I do. And lately, it’s these boots. Whether I’m headed out for a few weekend errands or scrambling out the door to make it to Pure Barre, they’re on my feet. Since they’re only $30, I’m going to need to buy about 10 more pairs. These are going to be worn out by the end of the year!

I know there’s another real popular brand out there (you know what I’m talking about) but I just can’t bring myself to invest in a pair! These Payless ShoeSource boots are the perfect alternative plus they’re way cuter IMO. When you’re walking around in the elements, it’s way better to have functional pieces that are practical. Right?

When you’ve got something cozy on your feet, you can’t help but want to be cozy all over! This fairisle sweater and boots make the perfect pair. The textures are amazing together. Top it off with a furry pom and you’re ready for winter. Well, as much as you can be. Lately, I’m not feeling like you can mental prepare for something like Chicago winters. But these pieces are a start!

Matt and I got to explore Chicago a little more before snowstorms hit this past weekend! He flew in from California just in time for tons and tons of snow. Even though he’s a Chicago native, he still groans every time he walks outside. It’s so funny to listen to! Maybe he needs to buy some of these Payless boots! Do they make them for men? I sure hope so. Hello perfect Christmas gift!
