If you caught Monday’s big announcement, then you know I’m frantically stocking up on fall essentials right now! An 80 degrees and sunny December is not going to be in my future any time soon. Frankly, I’m thrilled. That means that items like this super cozy Gentle Fawn Cardinal Sweater are quickly being pulled to the front of my closet!

I’m more excited for fall than ever this year. Might that have something to do with our upcoming move to Chicago? Of course. But honestly, I’m looking forward to breaking out the fall essentials anyway. Everything is always so cozy and soft. This grey cardigan by Gentle Fawn is no exception either! Seriously? It’s the softest. I’m talking snuggly blanket soft. AND it has pockets (insert meme about how girls love pockets). My promise to you on Monday was to be more real. Let’s be honest, heels every day isn’t although I do adore them for their ability to make my stocky legs look longer. I’ll be walking to work after we move so my collection will be expanding.
