Y’all, the color burgundy might be giving grey a run for its money on my list of favorites. I love how royal it looks and you can pair various shades together like I did here. It’s always easiest to start with a basic tee – I love these tees from Free People and it seems every year I am expanding my collection. Throwing on a leather jacket over it, especially with jeans, gives you instant edge. I love this burgundy jacket because the price is unbeatable and it doesn’t feel like what it cost (i.e. it feels way more expensive).
And this tote. Ladies, I wasn’t sold on this tote when I bought it online but when I got it – I couldn’t bear to part with it. It is stunning. An absolutely incredible piece that is every bit as elegant as it looks in pictures. Burgundy isn’t as difficult of a color to wear (and pair) with the other things in your closet as I’d thought. Since it’s a toned down version of red, it’s easy to mix it with whites, browns, and any of the jewel tones which are so popular this time of year. Enjoy!

That jacket and bag are so cute!
I find that burgundy is basically the only “colour” that I’ve been wearing lately. I guess it’s the closet I can get to being neutral?
